Could someone please help me?

Help required!

Oh my first journal entry... how daunting! :P

I was wondering if someone would be able to help me? I recently too a photo at a concert however it is out of focus. Now I have no idea how to use photoshop or any photo changing software so I was wondering if someone would be able to have a look at the photo and tell me if anything can be done!? I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it! The photo itself is nothing that spectacular, I would just like it for my own collection.

Please let me know!
